Refund policy

Thank you for choosing Trifo! At Trifo, our utmost priority is to make our customers happy. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we are here to help.


All products must be returned in good condition, in original packaging, and with all accessories to ensure a full refund. Please note, Trifo can only accept returns on items purchased at Trifo.com.


60 Day Return Policy

You can try a product for 60 days. If you are not completely satisfied, simply contact [email protected] for approval and return it to us within 60 days from the date of shipment. We will process a refund after receiving your returned items. Shipping charges for express shipping when applicable are not refundable.


Accessories:

We will fully refund the purchase price for unopened accessory items.


Gift with Purchase:

To receive a refund for a returned item that included a gift with purchase, you must return the gift along with the original item. If you decide to keep the gift item, the full retail cost of the gift item will be deducted from your total refund.


Additional return information:

All products must be returned in good condition, in original boxes (whenever possible), and with all accessories to ensure full credit. You will receive a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 5-10 days of Trifo receiving the returned product.


To Return a Product

Please email [email protected] to receive approval and return instructions. Pack the product securely in the original package. If you cannot send your original packing slip, please include your order number, billing name, and address with the product. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries. Keep the Return Tracking Number from the package you are returning to ensure that the package is returned to the warehouse. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally purchased within 5-10 business days of receiving your return. 

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact Support within 30 days of delivery.


Canceling/Changing Orders

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact our support team as soon as possible. We know our customers want their products as fast as possible, so we optimize our order processing time. That often means we may not be able to cancel or change an order. If your order has already been processed and shipped, please refer back to our Return Policy above to learn how you can make a return once you've received all of your items.
